There is plenty of grass, abundant shade and a great walking path. If you have a water dog, the Colorado River is right on the south perimeter of the park with limited beach access in some areas. Hotel Glenwood Springs has specific dog friendly hotel rooms, meaning we only allow dogs in a certain wing of the hotel. After each pet family leaves us, our excellent housekeeping staff performs a full deep clean on the room to make sure that the room is sparkling clean for the next canine guest and their humans.
We don’t have a weight restriction on our pet guests at our dog friendly hotel. We have had Great Danes strut out the front door alongside a miniature Schnauzer. We figure, our dogs are part of the family and they should be welcomed as such.
