It all starts when your group arrives at our hotel. We've got a large parking lot with plenty of room for your bus or multiple vans to park. Once you are checked in, you will find large, clean, modern rooms. We can arrange to have your group all next to each other in your own wing with rooms that connect. This allows a chaperone to keep a handle on the situation, while enjoying comfort and privacy.
In the morning, you will find a nice continental breakfast room where everyone can get charged up for the day ahead. We even have a good workout room for those who need to get that in before competing.
